Welcome to the ContactCentres.be Speech Technology Workgroup (STW) website. The goal of this website is to provide a platform for the Belgian (and by extension, international) contact centre community to discuss speech technology in all its aspects. In line with the mission of the ContactCentres.be Technology Steering Committee, the role of our Speech Technology Workgroup is to:

• collect and assess user feedback on speech technology, its challenges, benefits, return on investment, current opportunities and trends across market segments
• feed back customer expectations to market players
• share and report best practices to our member organizations
